Just begin to notice your breathing.

Notice how your breath flows in and out.

Each breath out becomes that little bit longer

than the breath in.

Simply notice how your body breathes

as you begin to just sit quietly, listening to the sound of my voice, just relaxing each muscle.

Starting from the feet, allow them to relax.

Allow them to be comfortable.

Go ahead and relax the legs. Imagine them becoming so comfortable. So it is ease.

Notice how as you give yourself this space,

allowing things to naturally occur,

you can just be relaxed

relaxing each muscle

relaxing the feet

the legs

you may even choose to see it, to see that relaxation as a color throughout the body.

Relaxing those legs, relaxing their legs,

relaxing their hands and being comfortable.

noticing the differences

how their hands, arms and even fingers in how they're positioned as that relaxation grows with each moment.

And as you allow that comfort to effortlessly grow, you can just observe your breathing.

Make no effort, just to breathe naturally now.
