Yeah, Jacob, let's just jump right in here and talk about what's happened over the last 24 hours, indeed, over the last week. Unpre week unprecedented events in the Middle East for folks who may not be following the story as closely as you are please give us the context for what happened as well as the latest news over the last 24 hours.

Well as I like to joke I mean the context here can get as long as you want like we can go back to the

ancient Israelite and Persian empires and talk about how all of the things that are

happening today have you know sort of been laid by millennia of history.

But the sort of proximate things here, or at least the recent sign post that we need,

October 7th, you get the Hamas attack against Israel. You get Israel invading Hamas as a result of that and also hitting Hezbollah and some of Iran's other proxies in Syria and things like that.
