When it comes to meal prepping, plan for success: Frozen is just as good as fresh. It traps all the nutrients and stops the micronutrients from depleting as the veggies decay. Two things you need to do for your nutrition: Have a small snack that is rich in carbohydrates and protein first thing in the morning and right before bed.
