Today is Wednesday, July 13th, middle of the afternoon.

I hope everybody is doing well.

I've gotten a lot of requests to kind of run through the futures game roster and

give everybody a quick rundown on what to expect.

So I'm going to do that.

It's probably going to be very quick, hopefully maybe 25 minutes to a half an hour,

just to kind of give you my thoughts on some of these players and what

you as a fan can kind of be looking out for.

First of all, just some details.

The futures game will be a seven-inning affair, which is really disappointing.

I don't know why they don't do the full nine innings, but they do not.

It'll be Saturday, July 16th at 7 p.m.

It'll be out on the West Coast at Dodger Stadium.

And my understanding is it's going to be broadcasted on Peacock,

the Peacock Network, which is the streaming network for NBC,

who does the Sunday, early Sunday morning game, which is about not that early.

It's like 11 o'clock.

And I think to do a really good job, it's always been done at least over the last 10 years

or so in the MLB network.
