So a little while back I went over to Nashville and I got in front of 1,000 people and I spoke

to everybody about the power of direct bookings and why you shouldn't build your house on someone

else's land. It was by far my biggest talk today and I would like to say it was my best talk

today and I had a lot of fun. I met so many amazing people and the organizers Bill and Mike

can Chris with very kind enough to send me a recording of my talk that I can share with the

Bruce Lee community. So here for the first time is my full 45 minute presentation in Nashville

at the STR World event all about the power of direct bookings and I share 101 tips on how you
