Absolutely fine, Mike, thank you. I've been for a nice long walk down the River Thames this morning with a friend over in Barnes and counted swans and put the welter rights.

That's excellent. Well done. I mean, this heat wave is getting me down.

I don't like the heat anyway. And it does surprise me to hear now that we're running out of water,

the next great national crisis is going to be a drought. You can tell that from the fact that

all the reservoirs are going down. That's one reason sometimes why I wish I lived in the north of England,

because I'd love to go to Northumberland and spend time there.

They've got the keelder dam, and it's never, never anything less than 85% full

because it rains in the north of England.

But down here, we've got a much greater demand.

We don't have as much rain. So, you know, I'm dreading the old

parched grass and all that kind of stuff. You've got a garden? Yeah, I do. We've got a nice

big garden with a big trampoline and a treehouse. We've got all going on. But I mean, we've screwed

the climate, haven't we? We've done this ourselves with global warming, and we have only ourselves to blame.

I'm also like you, I'm a big fan of rain.

I'm also a big fan of the B-side of paperback writer, actually, which is called rain.

Well, the rain came, yeah.

There you don't. No, it's called rain.

And anyone who ever said Ringo Starr wasn't much of a drummer, should listen to the drum fills on that, that

1966 recording, because that really is a song to run outside to and dance around in the rain

drops. Yeah, that's great. Isn't the first line of it, though, when the rain came, I'm sure it is,

isn't it? Rain, rain, rain, rain, yeah. I'm not going to sing with you, but yeah, you do a good job.
