Summary

What do you do if an obvious witch stops you on the road and asks a favor? Keep walking, right? Well, for the first time in possibly the entirety of this podcast, here's an example of someone speaking to an evil-looking witch in the dark forest and it actually working out. It's the story of Hans Christian Andersen's "The Tinderbox". Our second story is from Vietnam, and a poor family, a smart child, an evil moneylender, and a fly conspire to cause some legal difficulties. --- Bombas are the most comfortable socks I've ever worn, hands...er...feet down. You can find it on Apple podcasts (http://apple.fictional.fm), Stitcher (http://stitcher.fictional.fm), Spotify (http://spotify.fictional.fm), and everywhere else by just searching for "Fictional". -- Music: "Down and Around" by Podington Bear "Holding Hands" by Podington Bear "Lens Flare" by Podington Bear "Solemn Oath" by Podington Bear "Storm Passing" by Podington Bear "Scalloped" by Blue Dot Sessions "Wahre" by Blue Dot Sessions "Slider" by Blue Dot Sessions

Much people outside the group, he was a cult leader. Dear Franklin Jones is a new podcast from

did become a cult. It's well produced with a strong host, weaving between personal counts,

This week on the show, there are two stories about money problems. The first is from Danish

Folkhor. It's actually from someone I've had kind of a love-hate relationship with on this show,

Hans Christian Anderson. It might just be my favorite story that he's written, because he didn't

actually write it. He actually just collected it, put it on a paper, published it, and everyone
