It's going to be an AMA table talk.

I recorded a podcast with Brian Carroll late last week and didn't work out real well.

It worked out real well in his part, but you can't hear me.

So I'm throwing this together to just get something up.

So I went back through the old AMAs or some of the old Q&As that I had.

So we'll just knock off some of those.

Kind of see where this goes.

I want to start with, and this is actually what gave me the idea to just go ahead and sit down and do this,

I just got a text message not too long ago from somebody asking me about, make sure this is actually recording as it should about the Arnold

Bench Bash from years ago when I was still at Westside gonna bump this up just a

little bit.

See how that is.

The story goes,

each year we had a few lifters that would qualify for the Arnold Bench Bash.

And this was the strongest benchers in the world.

To be completely honest with you, I'm not too sure how they determined the winner.

There were either three weight classes or weight class.

It doesn't really matter.

Each year there is a few lifters from West Side that were competing in there.
