We are told in Matthew's Gospel that the resurrection of our Lord occurred.

We would call it night time, but it really was the wee hours of the morning

Before the sun had risen, the angel descends, rolls away the stone,

and the witnesses there find an empty tomb.

And the witnesses who come later find an empty tomb, and some of them find Jesus himself.

but with Easter arriving, the rejoicing and celebration is probably exemplified in that word
