This is actually like old English, but we still use it. It's still a great expression.

Lo and behold, can you spell it? It's three words, low and behold. The first word, low, L, O. That's it. There's no W. There's no way. It's just L-O. L-O. And, A-N-D, behold, B-E-H-O-L-D.
