1:05.2	with me. So today it's going to be a solo show, you know, we don't have any fun, crazy surprise
1:10.8	guests for our 100th episode. I really just wanted to kind of cut
1:14.6	through the noise and talk to you one-on-one as if we were sitting in a great
1:19.5	coffee shop drinking a latte and I could just kind of tell you what I've learned over a hundred
1:24.8	episodes. It's funny because I wanted to do it that way and I couldn't really like
1:29.1	narrow down what to do or I wasn't sure you know I learned this kind of I kind of knew before you know, I learned this kind of, I kind of knew before, you know, we've had so many amazing guests. I like couldn't decide what stuck out to me the most. And then I was like, duh, I should probably stop and pray and ask God what he wants me to share.
1:43.8	So I did and as soon as I did that, I swear five things popped up, boom boom boom boom
1:49.2	like the exact five things that I know the Lord wants me to talk about today so that is what we will be talking
1:55.1	about but before we get there I have two things I want to share the first is just
2:00.1	a immense amount of gratitude and I know that I can kind of wear or beat that horse,
