interviewing Riley McDermott, aka Man Bun. Riley is a podcaster, a runner, an attorney, and a father.

Riley started running not too long ago, but is clearly hooked,

and his podcast and maybe even his hair, is getting lots of attention. In this episode, I ask him

about all of his favorites. It's one of my favorite things to do, and so I want to ask him what

makes him tick in life. And that's exactly

what we get from this episode. So let's get after it. All right, Riley, you ready to be on my

podcast now on C-Tali Ron? Absolutely. Because it's been how long since I've been on yours?

It was, can you believe it was a year ago? Because we were talking about the Vikings doing well, roughly a year ago. And that my husband would maybe want to go, but he ended up not going to the Super Bowl because we didn't make it obviously. So it's been a year. In heartbreaking fashion, heartbreaking fashion, by the way. I know, I know. But they're doing okay. I mean, we just got beat this week. But they're doing okay. They still got some good guys on the team. There you go. Yeah. You know, you always got to look at the glass is half full. Absolutely. So how are you doing? You got a new job, I hear. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I, uh, that hence why it was a little tricky

getting, uh, signed up. The, uh, internet connection here has all kinds of security things. And when I said,

I need to do a podcast. They're like, what? So it just didn't work out. So, no, I switched from a law firm to a private bank.

So I'm going to be doing some wealth management stuff with clients.

It'll be really fun.

I'm excited about it.

And it's a, you know, it kind of, I think we'll be able to manage my time a little better with this for my little girl girl and for running purposes. It's going to be

really good. Nice. So my idea of this podcast today was to ask you all of your favorites.

Done. So we're going to get into everything, including job, your daughter, all that stuff. So I just

thought that might be kind of fun. And we're

like going into the Christmas season. So, you know, I mean, maybe somebody to listen and have an idea

for a gift for you or something. These are a few of my favorite things. There you go. See? I love it.

I knew you'd probably break out into a song or some kind of quote or something like that. So

sound of music. My little girl loves it. So how old is your little girl now? She will be seven on December 18th. And little side note, that's my birthday as well. She was born on my birthday. So nice. My oldest sister was born on my mom's birthday. Oh, that's cool. I know. I mean, and it was her first baby. Your first baby is pretty neat. Oh, yeah. Okay, cool. Seven years old. All right, so she's got all kinds of favorites. I'm going to start off with your, you live in Utah. You used to live in New York. And your family brought you out to Utah.
