My question is, when you're a business owner and recruiting for financial services,

which is a very competitive industry,

how do you start over again?

Because it's really hard to go back to work for somebody

and have to work 10 times harder to make the money

that you used to make.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Here's my advice and I speak from experience and I'll tell you about that in just a moment, but first to you.

Think of this job as temporary. It helps a lot. If you've worked for yourself and you've accomplished a certain amount of success, it's very hard to go backwards. It's a human thing. Who wants to go back when you go forward? So swallow your pride, get on with it, but think of it as temporary.
