If we had it our way, every single wrestling moment would rock, so I think that's not

very realistic, and sometimes a company takes a bat, swings as hard as it can, and misses

entirely.

The Summer of Discontent

Very Topical CM Punk dropped his pipe bomb promo on Raw, he changed the game, or at least

broke the glass ceiling and moved himself up the card.

It all culminated in him apparently quitting while also becoming WWE Champion, and it was

excellent, all of this felt legit.

For one reason or another though, the powers that B had no idea that just having punk beat

people would have helped no end, so instead brought in Kevin Nash, had CM lose the title

through Triple H into the mix, and then added something with John Loronitis.

It was everything he didn't really want, and was as if WWE had grabbed a nice new balloon

and popped it.

As such, the Summer of 2011 just wasn't what it should have been, which was one of the

reasons CM Punk decided to go home in 2014, number 9 Redemption for Ms. Dow.

Maybe a Ms. Dow was never meant to be as popular as he was.
