Okay. You want to go first? I can go first. I will go first. Okay. I had one of those weeks. I'm split into too many different things. I'm going into too many directions. So I feel'm I'm doing them all poorly. But I'm laughing because I that resonates with me not because I'm laughing at you.

You know, so I've taken to run walking, well walk and then a little bit of run because I can't run.

But it helps get my body going and then I'm also able to just
