It is great to be back for some of you.

It may not have felt like I was gone at all I had

episodes for you guys this past week plus lots of guests and then of course our

AI episode yesterday which I had recorded in advance for those of you who do not

know I was in Spain for the last week plus we spent a handful of days in Tenerife and then a couple days

in Madrid. It was phenomenal. Thank you all for all of your support and the ability to get away

for a little bit as we get ready for training camp to pick up here in a couple weeks. It was good

to get some rest and relaxation. Cannot recommend both places enough. Both were,

you know, awesome and exceeded my expectations. So both should be top of list if you're looking

to travel overseas, Tenerife, right on the water, 85 degrees, beautiful ocean, no bugs, no anything. It it was just gorgeous absolutely gorgeous and really

really enjoyed Madrid a little bit hot 95 degrees and whatnot so it was a little bit different to

navigate but still had a blast and really really enjoyed my time there as well so again thank you

for uh you know again allowing me to take some time off.
