Today is going to be a solo episode with myself, your host, Randa Karaba.

But before we dive into those things, I have a few updates I want to go over.

I kind of made a tough love post yesterday because we had sold so many more tickets as far as

entries versus like the amount of entries that got turned in.

And so I did a little tough love post on Instagram yesterday.

And I feel like when it comes to people who hold you accountable, sometimes tough love is needed.

And really finding someone who is willing to hold you accountable in a tough love way that isn't

worried about being liked in the moment, I think is really crucial.

And I know my job online, it's not to be liked.
