So, guys, we are going to finish out the notes that we started yesterday, and I really want to

thank a lot of you. I've probably received, I don't know, a couple dozen emails. You guys

really like this topic, which is really cool. And it's 10 ways to dump the negativity. In other

words, basically, you guys have heard about the power of a positive

mindset. I mean, all of us have basically been swimming in the sort of, you know, mindset world

since really the 80s when this stuff became really popular. But what you might not know is

there's actually scientific research that's been done that's proven that not only does your mindset make it so that you have

obviously a lot better existence on this planet, you know, coexistence with your family,

friends, loved ones, and whatnot, but you also live longer.
