I'm currently going through, I just moved out of my home with my husband,

I have really bad anxiety and I have really bad anger problems that I never addressed until recently.

It's dialectal, I think it's called dialectal behavioral therapy.

So it's a therapy that's kind of intense and it focuses on mindfulness skills and monitoring your emotions and thoughts.

So it's very helpful for me because I've learned that I have a lot of trouble tolerating distress and coping.

I don't have any coping strategies.

So I used to act out when I was irritated sometimes, I would start arguments and I would become very upset very easily.
