Hi guys, what is up and welcome back to the Gen Z Girl podcast. My name is Abby Asselen and I am the host of this podcast. Welcome back to another episode. Today I'm going to be talking to you guys about pretty much how I changed my mindset from being naturally pessimistic to being optimistic and sort of just like 10 tips that I used

whenever I kind of just realized I was a very naturally pessimistic person to becoming a more

positive and optimistic person and sort of just like transforming your mindset and just learning how to change your mindset.

Because a lot of people think that it's fixed and that it can't be changed and the way you were

born and the way you grew up shapes your mindset and it can't really be touched much after that.

But that is not the truth.

to hopefully inspire some of you guys that maybe struggle with overthinking or being really

negative or just generally having more anxious thoughts and reactions of situations into

being more of a positive space it seriously like it's a domino effect into the rest of

your life and it bleeds into all the other areas of your life once your mindset is

positive I feel like your friendships get better your relationships get better

your work life becomes better, everything just gets so much better, and a lot of that has to do with your perspective and your reactions to things. And going along with that, of course, when the things change inside you, you'll begin to see all of that change around you.
