And it was a subject that seems to be more and more relevant

these days, the more and more that I coach and help people

succeed in real estate.

And one of the big questions is, how do I quit my day job or when is a

good time to quit the day job and so I did an episode a while back a couple

So I thought it was very applicable here even although it's not real estate specific,

it is certainly relevant if you are looking to make that transition from that day job to being a full-time
