All right, I hate to admit it, but there's a way that we act in front of people and then there's things that we do when people aren't watching.

And I feel like we're all guilty of a handful of them and in fact there's an entire list.

10 things you do when no one's watching.

Sometimes on the weekend when I have a little extra time to spare I like to stand

naked in front of the mirror and push my fat roll up so it looks like I have a flat stomach and think

to myself. I bet I could commit to working out and getting it there, but I'm not going to. Then I push in the fluffy dough around

my angry turtle and think, it does look bigger like this.

Mm-hmm.

So these are things that you do that we all do when nobody's watching.

However, I might exclude miles and

thrill from this first one judging our past selves basically going through your

old social media looking at the old posts that you made the old pictures that you

posted up and just

cringing at it. Do you do that by what are you cringing at? What are the things that

you look at? Maybe your comments. I can, because not everyone, a lot of us get older and wiser and it is less

confrontational because you realize you don't care but if you look at post things as a

status that just yeah I could tell I was trying to be cool I was trying to sound edgy I was trying to

Fayed out mid-sentence and trying to be deeper than I actually was don't man. Everyone knew it at the time.

And with Facebook you don't even have to dig in the past.
