Number 10, bottom of the list, they go with yoga or Pilates.

They say practicing yoga without clothes can increase your awareness of your muscles and your movements.

Yeah, I bet that's good. There's not a lot of clothing already.

What I found, I don't do yoga, but when I did, I found just doing it in my boxers

helped keep me cooler.

That's what I'm saying.

I feel like every time I've did it, there's like a lot of shirtless dudes. Right. And shorts, tiny shorts, and then women are wearing like just the tiniest brawls and stuff. I feel like yoga. That's the exercise. Yeah, yoga. Yeah, but it's, but like generally you don't see dudes lifting shirtless. Right. So that's what I'm saying. Yoga to me already lends itself to be doing it nude.

Cycling, too.

You see a lot of women with those sports bras on.

Oh, yeah.
