Summary

Talking points: mindset, relationships, sex, culture Mildly spicy title, serious thoughts within. All joking aside, there are a number of things that most of us men do that undercut or diminish our sense of inner leadership, authority, and trust. These are the top 10 that I've seen in my work and in myself. (00:00:00) - Intro (00:02:28) - Stop making excuses for not working out regularly, and stop giving women free attention on social media (00:09:46) - Stop comparing yourself to other men (00:15:41) - Cut back on time wasters, or let go completely (00:19:07) - Learn how to stop pursuing short-term gratification, and kill the lottery mindset (00:24:17) - Stop believing you’re fundamentally broken (00:29:38) - Stop thinking you need to do it alone, and stop thinking that peace comes after some monumental achievement *** This episode is brought to you by BetterHelp. Today we're to talk a little bit about self-leadership and the 10 things that you as a man

0:15.4

can stop doing immediately that will help you to be more attractive, more confident, and in my terms,

0:23.9

more self-led.

0:25.6

Now, I love this concept of self-leadership.

0:28.0

It's something that I've been talking about with the men that I've worked with for a

decade.

0:32.2

It's something that I've been advocating for because for me and my journey, the reason why my life went astray was because I lacked

of sex that I wanted, the type of connection and closeness and business and lifestyle that I wanted.

stop doing in order to develop more confidence, in order to become more attractive, even if you're

1:24.2

in a relationship with somebody., stopping these things will make you

1:27.7

more attractive. And they will also lead to you having a much deeper level of autonomy and inner

1:35.4

authority and leadership. So let's start with the obvious. Okay. Success habits are boring. They really are.

1:42.3

I saw an interview with Jamie Diamond like a day or two ago,

and Jamie Diamond is the CEO of J.P. Morgan, whether you like big banks or not, is irrelevant. He
