most of these are science-backed. Other of these are Lexi-backed, and my qualifications are a 21 a 21 not did I just call myself 21 years old

always set us up for that. I find my mornings to be very impactful on the rest of the day.

and recognize that everybody's situation is different. Okay, my daily routine is not going to work or be the same as your daily routine. Okay, we have different careers, we have different lifestyles, we live in different places, we're different ages, maybe we do different things, we enjoy different things, whatever it may be, it's very important that as I go through this list, if you're like, I can't do that or that would make me feel like crap, then that's cool. You can skip that one. Okay, there's something in here, hopefully, for everyone.

I'm not giving you this list to tell you that if you don't do these 10 million things in your

morning routine, you're going to have a horrible day. I'm actually trying to do the opposite.

These 10 things are supposed to be much simpler than things you might hear on your

favorite wellness podcast or Andrew Huberman or whoever it is that you listen to or whatever it is

that you listen to. I think there's this stigma that your morning routine has to have red light therapy.

You have to wake up at 4.30 in the morning. You have to go for a three mile run. You have to make sure you're at the gym within 30 minutes of waking up. If you don't have 27 million grams of protein, then your day sucks and you're going to fail and you're going to have brain fog all day. Like I think the health and wellness space has been really full of a bunch of things that actually make our health and wellness worse because too much of

anything is toxic and I just want these to be much like simpler doable do more hello more

doable things that you can do to make your day better and again you don't have to do them all

you might already do some of these some of these might spark interest you might put your own little twist. I don't know what it may be. But I'm going to give you the things that have helped me and the things that I try my best every day to prioritize. Okay? The first one is kind of a bonus. So there's technically 11 things that I've written down that are guaranteed to make your day better, in my opinion.
