Kostuba who's at the Goverdon Echo Village I'm here because it's my birthday and

If you're new to the show, this is where we study sacred literature, literature of the

yoga system because we love it. We love it and therefore we want to learn it

and when you learn it you want to live it and when you learn it you learn it you want to live it and when you live it you want to give it

and that's just part of me and Kostuba my co-hosts inspiration and we've been doing this thing since we were in our early 20s.

We lived in Ashrams, we traveled all over India, slept on floors, saw the moon, went to holy places, visited temples, bathing in sacred rivers together.

And then years later we both became yoga teachers, and now we're sort of do our yoga trainings all over the world, especially in

India and we have a big group right now in India with us.

And we do back home at Super Soul Farm. And we do other people's teacher trainings too. We go in there and give talks about yoga philosophy and most of all not philosophy just so we can just sort of like,

I mean, studying philosophy.

I don't have a PhD in philosophy.

Philosophy has to have practical set practical application.
