0:00.0	All of us already know everything we need to know to be successful. This is probably the most fired up I've seen you get about a particular topic.

0:42.8	Like everybody's read Paul Graham's essay about doing things that don't scale.

But it's not even finding, I think, now. Like, everyone kind of implicitly knows these things deep down. So it's not a knowing problem. It's a doing problem.

1:29.4	It's probably why there's so many books on building habits, right?
1:33.2	Because it's like, how do you actually implement these things?

1:37.2	So everybody knows that they have to do things that don't scale, and that's just like the thing.

1:44.7	every day trying to find ways to like growth hack this yeah or automate this um why did why does that
1:52.7	happen i think it's it's uh sexy it's a mirage that everyone buys into right, a mirage, a dream of just like everyone wants to think that there's some 10x, 100x kind
