Hi everyone and welcome back to moonbeaming.

I'm really delighted to be back with you here and I both can and cannot believe

that we are in December we are in the last month of this year.

What is time anyway?

I just wanted to let you know if you are whatever you are exhausted, hopeful, not feeling

at your freshest, starting to feel like your freshest again, whatever it is, wherever

you are, you are completely okay.

And I'll continue saying this here because it warrants saying if you can please

please stay home please do not gather with folks indoors, maskless, if people continue to gather.

The end of this year and the beginning of the next one is going to be filled with more illness and more death that could be avoided.

I'm saying this to you because I don't I don't think actually my

listeners are really like going out and partying indoors with a bunch of people they

don't know but maybe you do know someone or someone's who are and maybe you could

say something to them. I think caring for other folks is spiritual, truly. So I just wanted to put that out there. Before I get into the episode,

before I dive right in, I want to make a couple of announcements.

There is a lot going on in my little world this month,

my little staying indoors quarantine world this month because as you've heard as I've spoken about on this podcast

my book comes out this month my book that I spent years of my life writing and editing and thinking

about it's finally out it's finally here December 15th and to celebrate that I'm teaching I'm showing up a bunch this month so I can
