I thought it would be fun to kind of go old school, new school at the same time.

So what I have for you today are 10 technologies for the synthesis age. What do I mean by the synthesis age.

What do I mean by the synthesis age?

There's times in human history where we have technology kind of run away and propagate exponentially.

And you think, well, you know, that's now, and it is.

But it's not the only time.

The industrial renaissance and basically second coming of the industrial age

between the Civil War and World War I all the way after World War II

is another example of an extreme evolution of technology.

If you just think about from the end of the Civil War to about 1910, all of the things that

didn't exist, that all of a sudden did exist, all of a sudden we're sending telegraph information

across the ocean by that point. We are producing things in factories at a level that had never even been considered before

with the adoption of both hydro power and hydroelectric power and electrical power as a whole.

I mean, there were a lot of factories that were not even using electricity still in 1910, but most of them were, and you wouldn't have a factory very long after that if you didn't adopt that new technology.

That took 50 years.

What we're seeing happening in front of us right now is taking 10, 15 maximum to play out, all types of new technologies.

And those technologies are varied.

We have AI, of course, and we've talked about that a lot, but we also have all sorts
