Welcome everyone to the score fantasy football podcast.

I'm your host Justin Boone, the lead fantasy analyst at the score.

0:18.7

Appreciate you hanging out with me today for what's kind of a bonus episode.

0:22.7

Normally we've only done two shows per week in August.

0:25.3

Then we go to three per week during the regular season in September.

0:27.9

But when I was writing my biggest takeaways article for week one of the preseason yesterday,

0:33.0

I figured, why not jump on the pod, do a quick episode this morning, go through some of that

0:37.9

stuff, just help everybody stay on top of things that we're learning from these games, right?

0:42.1

So that's what we're going to do today.

0:43.7

Before we get to that, though, this is the time of year when we could really use those ratings

0:47.7

and reviews over an Apple podcast.

0:49.6

I saw the latest one the other day from Radio Teacher.

0:52.4

It was five stars.

0:53.5

It was a long review, so I won't read the whole thing. But sounds like we helped them win a couple fantasy titles last year, which is awesome to hear. So thank you for that. 1:13.6

I updated offensive line rankings just to reflect the Jets signing Dwayne Brown to replace

1:17.9

Mackay Beckton, the Brown's losing their starting center for the year, Nick Harris,

1:22.5

the Packers getting some guys off the pub list, plus a couple other little things in there as well.

1:27.4

So we had some movement in the rankings, some new write-ups as well. That has its own section in the draft kit. I also did a mid-month update to the dynasty trade value charts, which I normally don't do. But since we've gotten so much out of training camp and the early preseason games, I felt like they needed a refresher. So you can see those in the draft kit as well. Okay, let's jump into my thoughts from week one of the preseason, and I know it's tough. A lot of teams don't play their starters. Some of the exhibition games are pretty boring, since there's not a lot on the line for these games. The scores don't matter. I always laugh when people are like,

2:01.6

the Ravens haven't lost a playoff game in this many years. Who cares? I guess it shows they're

2:06.7

well prepared. Maybe that they have a deep roster year over year, but really, preseason games are

2:11.6

all about player evaluation. So let's start with a player who everybody is trying to figure out
