If it's interesting or I'm just curious, like, you broke out your phone. Right. You're scrolling through something. Like, all right. that's why I had to follow some people online

on Twitter or X because they kept they would like post porn pictures and stuff it's like I just opened up my Twitter and that pops up it's like oh oh yeah and sometimes you're scrolling on Instagram reels and you're getting a bunch of thirst traps and you wonder why then you see the same person liking them I said all the time.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's like, come on. What are we doing? Yeah, I know. What are we doing, bud? Why are you like them? Look, a bikini. I know. My Instagram right these days is blonde, thick moms. Blonde thick moms.

No, but I keep watching the reels. Okay. He likes them. He just doesn't let them know that he likes it. But then all of a sudden, I started scrolling. I'm like, wait a minute, he liked this? He actually put a paper trail on this? I'll tell you, off the air. Well, you could tell I do that with Britney Spears.

But you know what?

It brings me back to you. I remember there was a piece. I don't remember what this guy did. He was a spy of some kind, or maybe he worked in intelligence. But he would basically do brain exercises while sitting on the bus because he realized that people are giving out all of their personal information on the bus. Oh yeah, they do. Sitting there open on their phones, he saw people working on their bank information. He saw people giving out sensitive work information right there on the bus. Like as long as you just have a good angle on the shoulder, there's literally a spot that I can sit on the bus where the person in front of me there's a step down on the bus. And so my knees are in their back and I have a bird's eye view of everything that they got going on on their phone. So if I wanted to, I could, I could grab it. Many communications on tech just on board. I never pull my phone out. Right. Right. So I'm not worried about it. But I have a friend. It doesn't quite work in intelligence, but he works, I'd say for very important security. Maybe that's just the best way to put it.

And when you talk to him, it's kind of cool, but it's also kind of chilling. And he always laughs. He's like, no one's off the grid. One, correct. Find anybody anytime we want. Two, all of your personal information's out there. Like, every time he's like, it's all out there. And he goes, people just think they are more interesting than they are.

And it's like, correct.

We're not looking for you. But if we were, we know all of your info. Everyone puts it out all the time. It's like, we don't care. Right. We're the boring book in the library, okay? Nobody's reading it, but if we need to reference it, we'll find it.

If you pop up, right?

If there's a red flag, sure, but it's all there.

We know. We just don't care. But you know what? Coming back to it, that's just, that's one of the places that you should not use your phone, right?
