When you think of self-care, our minds immediately go to physical self-care or at least mine does.

When I think self-care, I think exercising, drinking water, painting your nails, getting

a facial, doing your skin care, which are all really great things to do to take care of yourself, but I think self-care goes so much deeper.

I was scrolling on Pinterest and I saw an image that said 12 steps to self-care and none of them were physical and I really like that which got me

thinking what are ten things that I do or that I think are beneficial to taking
