And I mean when you're done paying your expenses, you can actually profit for yourself maybe not on paper six figures.

We'll talk a little bit about tax advantages today too.

I'm not going to go deep into that but I just want to say right out of the gate.

There's a lot of these businesses I could see you

having something like $150,000 in revenue, $40,000 in hard real expenses.

Another $30,000 to $40,000 in what I call lifestyle expenses.

Those are things that they either are phantom losses

like mileage on a vehicle or there's things that you can write off that normally you can't write off.
