I love WCW, when it was good it was great, but when it was terrible, it was even better.

Now this wasn't true when you watched it at the time, but when you tune in today, my word

it's hilarious.

It didn't go well because such madness killed the company and the year 2000 was particularly

messy but still.

Find an episode, load it up, and it is ten ridiculous things you learn binge watching WCW's

worst year ever.

2000 starts with a WWF rip-off The very first thing you see on WCW in the

year 2000 is Brad Armstrong coming out quite clearly ripping off his brother Jesse

James' road dog character.

This is the kind of thing World Championship Wrestling thought would captivate the audience.

Dubbed Buzzkill, he does just do the same act as if he is one half of the new age outlaws

and just go look at the fans.

You don't care, their confusedness is still happening because surely the only people

getting a kick out of it were Armstrong and Vince Russo, it's rubbish.

For context, imagine you tuned into the first row of 2023 and it started with somebody

called Lenny Cromeger.

We'd all lose our minds, and rightfully so.

There's loads of inward shots Right, no joke, WCW was so broken

even the wrestlers were sick of it, especially because management barely existed.
