Welcome to our Monday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today, I'm beginning my second week of teaching on the 10 reasons why it's better to have the Holy Spirit.

If you missed any of this teaching last week, I was taking this from John chapter 16, verse 7,

where Jesus told His disciples that He was going to be leaving them, and because of that they were sad, and He says,

but it's actually to your benefit that I leave so that the Holy Spirit can come.

And Jesus said that the ministry of the Holy Spirit to us is better than having Him with us in His physical body.

That is a radical statement, not because it's not true, but because most of us don't value the ministry of the Holy Spirit the way we should.

So I've written this little booklet that I'm offering as a free gift to you in title 10 reasons.

It's better to have the Holy Spirit.

We also have CDs and DVDs that we're offering on this same thing.

But I want to give this little booklet to everyone just because I believe this would really help you to submit to and value and receive the ministry of the Holy Spirit a lot better.

So I've already covered two reasons.

And the first reason I talked about was because Jesus, when He was here on the earth in His physical body, was limited to be in one place at one time.

And now, through the Holy Spirit, He indwells each one of us.

And I'll tell you, Christ in us, the hope of glory, is a mystery to most people.

And man, we need to plumb the depths of that.

If we understood what it really meant to have Jesus living on the inside of us, all of us would rather choose that than to have Jesus just be with us in His physical presence.

And the second reason that I gave for the ministry of the Holy Spirit being better is because now that the Holy Spirit has come, we can be born again, are born from above.
