0:10.9	a little different this time. Clint Smith, our co-host for season one and two,

0:19.0	but I called on some really, really great people
0:21.5	to join me as co-host for season 3. So I invited each of my new
0:26.0	co-host to talk to me a little bit about who they are, what they do, what they like,

0:33.9	Dereka Purnell. Dereka is an organizer, a writer, she's the deputy director of
0:39.8	the Spirit of Justice Center and she's currently writing her first book.

0:51.4	We're here today with one of our amazing co-host this season,
0:54.4	Derek Pernell. She's really incredible and someone I met, we didn't go to law school together
1:01.1	because she's young and youthful, but we went to the same law school and met after.
1:07.6	And I'm so, so, so excited that she's joining us this season because she's just brilliant.
