It is a pleasure to be here, and I'm looking forward to wrapping up what we started yesterday

and helping these guys have some really clear set pre-listing pricing strategy rules to put into place.

And then next week we'll be doing some price reduction scripts. So I think it should be some fun calls.

So I'm going to address a couple, we've been receiving emails about the topic from yesterday,

and I'm going to sort of just hit the nail on the head with a few of you guys,

because it's clear to me that many of you still do not know what's happening overall in the

economy and the real estate markets, and I'm fearful for you, and I mean that with all sincerity,

own homework so you know exactly what's happening in the economy, and you need to stop

relying on useless news sources like CNN and all the other places that are basically the soft

cert type news things.
