Hello from CNN, I'm Anna Sturla with the five things you need to know for

Thursday November 16th. The Supreme Court rejected Florida's anti-drag law today.

It's a major blow to Republican presidential candidate and Florida Governor Ron

Santos who championed the law. The law was originally challenged by a popular

Orlando restaurant, Hamburger Mary's, which hosts drag ranches and claimed the new legislation resulted in a loss of business.

Florida had asked the High Court to intervene on a lower court ruling,

asking it to narrow it slightly so the law could be enforced against every business except hamburger

Mary's. But the justices declined.

Pro-Palestinian protests are following President Joe Biden around the country.

Hundreds of protesters demonstrated outside of the President's Delaware home

while he was visiting over the weekend.

And this week, Biden and other world leaders are at the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit

in the San Francisco Bay Area.

And in response, protesters block the Bay Bridge today.
