A federal appeals court has blocked the Biden administration from enforcing guidance

and to protect abortion

access in Texas. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services says that

certain medical providers have to provide abortions in situations where it would

save the life or health of the patient.

The guidance was one of the Biden administration's preemptive strikes to the 2022 reversal

of Roe versus Wade.

Texas challenged the guidance and in 2022 another judge blocked HHS from

enforcing the guidance in Texas or against members of two pro-life medical

associations. New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez is once again being accused of accepting bribes from a foreign country.

Last year, Menendez was accused of acting as a foreign agent for the government of Egypt.

and in exchange authorities say that Menendez received a gold bar from the real estate developer.
