Being in the chosen field that we're in of spoken word, it behooves us to always kind of challenge

our delivery of certain words and really the crutch words. We like to really bring up the different

kind of word that we use as a crutch I remember fondly the

trip out of Spokane where miles was was harping our own VD about how his response to everything was

outstanding and miles followed that up within a field every time that he said it and it's what got him to kind of stay off of that one

and there's a handful of those words those words that just they're kind of lazy speech but don't worry we've got some alternatives

Just saying the word boring makes you sound legitimately boring.

Or in your case dull dreary tedious mind-numbing.

It seems to me that you're telling me that I'm boring. Right, I've told you something to go
