I mean even I have one oh and four team right now it's been hit hard by injuries Austin

Echler and others missing time I also had Alvin Kamara waiting in the wings for the first three

weeks but either way that's my only oh and four squad and I got some work do with that one. If I'm going to turn things around in the next 10 weeks or whatever we have left in the regular season and try to get myself into a playoff spot here. So for today's show, we're going to go over the moves that you can make to kind of squeeze every ounce of value you can out of your roster. and these are things that can help really no matter what your record is, but it's especially

useful for fantasy managers who are struggling right now.

And right off the bat here, I want to recap some of the moves that are kind of evergreen,

some things I talked about on last year's show that can still apply, stuff that, you know,

isn't really player specific, but things you can use year in and year out.

And the first is messing around with buy weeks.

So trying to trade away players who are about to go on by in the next few weeks here

for players who have late season buys.

And then when we get closer to those late season buys,

you trade those players away for guys who've already had their buy. And by doing that,

you squeeze that extra game out of guys. You never end up having to sit a player during their

buy week, right? And it can be a pain making all those trades and trying to make that work. But

it gives you that extra bit of value because you don't have players on buy just doing nothing on

your bench. The second move is selling injured players, even if you're taking a small loss. And this one is you just trying to avoid that headache that they might cause you in the short term, if you're not sure whether they're going to play or not. And that way you're improving your team right now. You're getting some much needed wins because you might not be able to wait for that player to come back and get healthy.

And if you do, you might be out of the playoff hunt by that point.

So sell those injured stars, get some guys that you can use immediately.

The third move is being aggressive on the waiver wire and churn in the bottom of your roster, constantly looking for that next breakout player to pop.
