Especially for this meditation, take the liberty to assume any position that you find most comfortable and relaxing.

Now take a deep breath in, nice and slow, fill all the way up through your chest and your belly.

Hold at the top. and then exhale, release, and just gently close your eyes. as we begin to settle into a meditative state.
