| 0:13.0 | clear space within your mind and body for clarity to come through. Begin by finding a comfortable position, sitting or lying down. |
| 0:28.6 | Let your hands rest softly. |
| 0:32.6 | Gently close your eyes or keep a soft gaze. |
| 0:40.4 | Take a deep breath in through the nose. |
| 0:47.3 | And slow breath out through the mouth. |
| 0:56.0 | Again, inhale deeply. |
| 1:02.0 | And exhale, |
| 1:06.0 | releasing any tension you are carrying. |
| 1:14.6 | Bring your awareness to your body. Feel the parts of you that are connected to the ground or the surface beneath you. |
| 1:22.6 | Imagine roots gently growing from your body, anchoring you to the earth, holding you, supporting you. |
| 1:36.3 | With each breath, feel yourself settling more deeply into this moment. |
| 1:47.5 | There is nowhere else you need to be. |
| 1:50.6 | Nothing else you need to do. |
| 1:55.7 | Right now, your only job is to breathe. |
| 1:58.6 | Inhale. And exhale. |
| 2:03.6 | Now gently scan your body from head to toe. |
| 2:12.6 | Notice where you're holding tension, heaviness, or tightness. |
| 2:20.3 | There's no need to change anything. |
| 2:24.3 | Just notice. |
| 2:27.3 | Pause at any area that feels stuck. |
| 2:32.3 | It might feel like a knot in your stomach, a heaviness in your chest, a fog around your mind. |
