We are rounding out the first month of the new year ladies and gentlemen as with everybody knows it's a new year it's a new you

This is also when a lot of people start really falling off of those new year's resolutions to get healthier

Right around now this part of the month now all. So but the thing is that some states are actually at a better advantage and some are at a disadvantage when it comes to getting healthy because sometimes you're just tripping right out of the gate. In fact, I actually do have an entire list.

Now what they did is they actually took scores of a disease

risk factors and prevalence score which considers 11 metrics including the

number of deaths attributed to cancer, diabetes per 100,000 state residents.
