Our guest today is Tom Ziegert, founder and CEO of Burden Space Technologies.

We have been in contact already since a couple of years. He has

been a speaker of one of our first events and so we are really happy to welcome him back here

at our podcast. On his linked in page, he writes, in last 20 years, I have shaped the space industry

both locally and globally. I have built Germany's most successful new space

company, BST, and I'm now implementing the Henry Ford moment for satellites. That sounds

really great, really interesting. Could you tell us a little bit more about yourself and your company?

Hi, Sven. Hi, Daniel. As you said, I have been in the business for almost 20 years since 2002.

So the company, Burden Space Technologies, is one of the global leaders in manufacturing small

satellites and very focused on mass manufacturing.

So we have a very good track record on building small satellites in the range of maybe 50 to 150 kilograms.

And what we have done for a long time now is focused our R&D on mass manufacturing of satellites.

And to that end, we have basically built a factory in India, together with an Indian partner,
