And she published an incredible paper in the Journal of Alzheimer's disease,

which is one of the top dementia journals that looked at the role of chronically elevated insulin,

This is kind of unusual because, as I mentioned, Dr. Schilling is an innovation professor,

but nonetheless, her unique skill set really gave her the tools to analyze this literature,

and she came to some staggering conclusions about the role of diet and the foods that we're eating

in Alzheimer's disease, which, as some of you might know, is a condition that begins in the
