If God is for you, who can be against you?

How do you win battles with odds stacked against you?

In a world that is full of testing, in a world that is full of trials, in a world where crisis is just around the corner.

All those circumstances may be unbearable. God doesn't want us to go with the stream. He doesn't

want us to go with the current of the world, but he wants us to set the tone by being in tune with him in our world.

When we're in tune with God, we choose submission over selfishness. When we're in tune with God,

we choose leaning in over lashing out. When we're in tune with God, we choose holiness before happiness. When we're in tune

with God, we choose forgiveness before fighting. When we're in tune with God, we choose devotion

before our emotions. When we're in tune with God, we choose reflection before reaction. When we're in tune with God, we choose reflection before reaction.

When we're in tune with God, we choose mission before me.

Jesus said, at least, any man who wants to come after me, any man who wants to follow me,

they must first deny themselves, they must pick up their cross, and they must follow me.

But it's not a story of self-fulfillment.

It's not a message of self-fulfillment.

It's a message of self-denial.

We must deny ourselves fully.
