Good afternoon, fellow investors, and welcome back to Invest Talk. This is our Thursday,

January 16th, 2025 edition. And we are well into the new year. A lot is happening. And next week,

even more will happen, which is the new administration administration and we finally will see words put into

action we're already getting that with the israel hamas ceasefire and likely more big news events

coming down the pipe so be on the lookout for that We'll keep you abreast of what they are when they

come in, what we think it means for markets, particular sectors, particular companies, et cetera.

And that will be important. It's more important than ever to really understand those political dynamics

because, you know, the fiscal authorities are, have run rampant, right?

And, and they're pushing as many strings as they can, both on the fiscal and monetary side.

And those in conjunction, drive markets either up or down.

And so what policy prescriptions there will be in the new administration will certainly

have a large impact on economies and markets.
