You know, you guys, there's this Netflix documentary out called The Game Changers.

Kind of making, making noise in the Netflix doc world, if you all, maybe you've heard it.

It's basically, it's saying like advocating for plant-based diet.

You got to go vegan, it'll change your life.

Your cholesterol will be cut in half.

You'll be Superman, basically. So I really don't believe it, but my fiance does. And I've,

high cholesterol. You learn things about me in this podcast, like my cholesterol is high. I don't know what to do about that, but this documentary is saying it'll just get a cut

in half if you go vegan.
