Adam hosted a TED talk on Echo Chambers and his fears of artificial intelligence.

He chatted about the dangers of social media addiction, the tactics used by the digital giants to get you

hooked, and also how technology can be harnessed to improve live events. I found this chat

How would you describe yourself in your role?

I describe myself as a futurist, I suppose,

which is someone who's desperately trying to and failing at predicting the future,

but certainly very interested in where the world is going, especially when it comes to technology.

If we just go back a bit then. So you obviously, you're the CEO of Greenwood Campbell. Tell us a little bit about your company.

So we founded in 2009, just as a kind of standard web development agency. Just two of us, myself and Ian Ian was great for about three or four years

we had some massive clients working from his spare bedroom we had a like a specific niche with a

piece of technology that not many people used anymore so that was great for and then sort of five

six years in we've grown a bit more got a few more um different types of people not just tech people
